Espanyol have confirmed that coach Javier Aguirre will leave the club at the end of the season.

The Mexican joined the Catalan outfit midway through the 2012-13 campaign and guided the club to a 13th-placed finish at the end of that term.

Luis Suarez has officially re-joined his first club Nacional in his native Uruguay.
