Sky Sports report that they ve been told Manchester United is the likeliest destination for Borussia Dortmund s Jadon Sancho this summer.
The 20-time English champions were very keen to sign the 21-year-old winger last year, but their effort came too late for the Bundesliga side to give proper consideration and reportedly fell rather short of Dortmund s valuation of €120 million.
United s interest, however, remained firm throughout the 2020-21 season, and though other clubs have been mentioned as potential suitors too, they apparently lead the race for Sancho s signature.
As for Dortmund, they are now believed to be willing to lower the price quoted a year ago and accept an offer of around €90 million. What s more, they have already started sounding out potential replacements should a deal go through, even though they haven t yet received any official bids for the services of the England international.
Personal terms are not thought to be a problem for United.
